2. Nature Of Our Service

PropertyMatchBD acts solely as an introduction and matching service between buyers and sellers of property in Dhaka. We are not a party to any transaction that results from a match made through our platform, and we do not act as a broker, agent, or legal representative for either side unless separately and explicitly agreed in writing.

3. No Guarantee Of Listing Accuracy

PropertyMatchBD does not guarantee the accuracy of property listings, buyer requirements, prices, or any other information submitted to us by users. As set out in our Property Disclaimer, this information is provided by property owners or their representatives and is subject to change without notice.

4. We Do Not Hold Funds

PropertyMatchBD does not hold, transfer, or process client funds at any stage. Any payment, deposit, or transaction connected to a property sale is handled directly between the buyer and seller (and their own legal/financial representatives), entirely outside of our platform.

5. Your Responsibility To Verify

Users are responsible for independently verifying property documents — including ownership, title, and boundary records — and for engaging their own legal and technical professionals before completing any transaction. We strongly recommend independent due diligence on every property before any agreement is signed or money changes hands.

6. Independent Referred Professionals

Where we refer you to a lawyer, surveyor, valuer, or other professional, that professional is an independent third party, not a PropertyMatchBD employee or agent. Any engagement, fee, or advice from them is a separate arrangement between you and them, governed by their own terms.

7. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropertyMatchBD is not liable for any loss or damage arising from a property transaction, a referred professional's advice or services, or reliance on information submitted by another user.

8. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our services evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
