Success-Based Commission Structure

PropertyMatchBD charges a commission only when a transaction is successfully completed through the platform — meaning a buyer we matched or introduced goes on to complete a purchase of a property registered with us. If a sale doesn't happen through PropertyMatchBD, no commission is charged.

No Upfront Fees For Buyers

Registering a buying requirement with PropertyMatchBD is always free. Buyers are never charged to register, to receive property matches, or to be introduced to a seller — at no stage of the process.

Who Pays The Commission

The commission is payable by the seller (property owner) once a sale referred through PropertyMatchBD successfully completes, in line with standard real estate practice. Any variation to this arrangement would only apply if agreed separately in writing with that owner.

When Commission Applies

• A buyer introduced or matched by PropertyMatchBD completes the purchase of a property registered through the platform.
• The sale is directly connected to PropertyMatchBD's introduction — not one the owner arranged independently, unrelated to our matching.

Commission does not apply to sales the owner concludes entirely outside of PropertyMatchBD's introduction or matching activity.

Rate Disclosure

The exact commission percentage is disclosed to the seller in writing before their property is listed or registered with us, so there is no ambiguity about the rate by the time a sale completes. Rates can vary by property type and location — contact our team for current rates before listing.

Referred Professional Fees Are Separate

Where PropertyMatchBD refers independent professionals — lawyers, surveyors, or valuers, as described on our Services page — any fees charged by those professionals are separate from, and not included in, PropertyMatchBD's own commission.
